Pricing

The conference fee typically includes a continental breakfast, luncheon, and reception immediately following the final sessions. Conference registration and continental breakfast typically begin at 8:15 am.

Payment

Payment is requested immediately upon completion of the online registration process. All payments must be finalized no later than 11:59pm ET on Sunday, January 28, 2024.

• Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express
• University of Maryland KFS Transfer: This option is available only for University of Maryland, College Park employees only
  • You will be asked to identify your Student Affairs Department or Other Department Details via this online form.

Accommodations

• If requested upon registering, complimentary parking will be made available to non-University of Maryland participants or attendees without a valid campus permit.
• Please contact MSACAssist@umd.edu at least one week prior to the event to request disability accommodations. In all situations, a good faith effort (up until the time of the event) will be made to provide accommodations.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable
• If you are no longer able to attend, please email your cancellation to MSACAssist@umd.edu no later than Friday, January 26, 2024.
• Substitutions will be permitted.  Please email substitution requests to MSACAssist@umd.edu.  It is requested that you provide the full name of the original registrant, and the full name, email address and any other pertinent registration data for the new attendee.
